HEAVENLY EGGNOG PIE

Serves 8-10

INGREDIENTS:

1 package (large) Instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping, or whipping cream
1 teaspoon rum
1 package (9 oz.) prepared pie shell
1 Promised Land Dairy Old-Fashioned Eggnog
1 dash nutmeg, for garnish (optional)
Extra whipped cream or whipped topping, as garnish

Directions:

Mix instant pudding according to package directions, but use Promised Land Dairy Old-Fashioned Eggnog instead of milk
Fold in rum and 8 oz. whipped cream or whipped topping (save extra for garnish)
Spread mixture in prepared pie shell
Add dabs of whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg to garnish
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving
