Directions:

• Purée strawberries, minus one.
• Add to blender ice cream and milk.
• Blend until smooth.
• Added puréed strawberries to inside of glass followed by milkshake blend.
• Using a small knife, make a small slit at the bottom of a whole strawberry.
• With your knife, gently curl the tip of the “petal” by pressing it back.
• Repeat this process on all sides of the strawberry and then create as many rows as it takes to get to the tip to create a rose shape.
• Top with whipped cream, strawberry sauce and your strawberry rose.
