INGREDIENTS:
1 package instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 cups Promised Land Dairy Very Berry Strawberry Milk
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup miniature white baking chips or marshmallows
1/2 cup marshmallow cream
12 plastic cups (3 oz.)
12 frozen pop sticks or plastic spoons
Directions:
- In a large microwaveable bowl, mix pudding mix and milk.
- Microwave on high for 6 to 7 1/2 minutes or until bubbly and thick (stir every 2 minutes).
- Cool for 20 minutes, stirring several times.
- Combine strawberries and baking chips or marshmallows, and place about 2 tablespoons in the bottom of each cup.
- Stir marshmallow cream into pudding mixture.
- Pour into cups.
- Place sticks or spoons in cups and freeze.
